Elevate Siding & Exteriors has spent 13 years helping Rathdrum, ID homeowners protect and upgrade the outside of their homes. From a single cracked panel to a full exterior overhaul, our crews show up fast, work clean, and finish the job right.
Elevate Siding & Exteriors started with a simple promise: never leave a job half-finished and never cut a corner a homeowner can't see. Thirteen years on, that promise still guides every crew we send out across Rathdrum, ID, whether the project is a small patch repair or a top-to-bottom exterior renewal.
Every technician on our roster is trained and employed directly by us, not brought in as day labor. That means the same level of precision and care shows up on every single job site.
We choose materials for how they hold up a decade from now, not just how they look on move-out day. Proper flashing, correct fastener spacing, and manufacturer-approved methods are non-negotiable.
Every proposal spells out materials, labor, and a realistic timeline in plain language, so Rathdrum, ID homeowners know precisely what they're signing up for before any work starts.
We tarp your landscaping, sweep up daily, and plan around your schedule so a siding project doesn't turn your week upside down.
Exterior damage doesn't keep business hours, so our dispatch is built to get a technician to your door the same day you call whenever it's possible.
Once the crew leaves, our support doesn't. If anything about the finished work needs a second look, we're still just a phone call away.
Rathdrum, ID has been good to us over the years, and we return that by keeping every estimate honest and every install held to the same standard, no matter how big or small the project is.
Every home needs something a little different, which is why Elevate keeps a broad set of siding specialties ready instead of steering every homeowner toward one product. Below are six of the services our Rathdrum, ID clients ask for most.
A full tear-off isn't always the answer. Our repair crews zero in on the trouble spots, split boards, buckled sections, or water intrusion, and fix them without touching the siding around it that's still doing its job.
Metal siding gives Rathdrum, ID homes a tough, low-upkeep exterior that shrugs off dents, insects, and rot better than most traditional materials. Our crews bring the exact cutting and fastening precision this material calls for.
Cedar adds real texture and character to an exterior, but it only performs well when it's sealed and managed correctly for moisture. We give every plank that same level of attention from start to finish.
Engineered wood delivers the classic wood look Rathdrum, ID homeowners want with far better resistance to warping and pests. We install strictly to manufacturer spec so those performance advantages actually stick around.
Soffit and fascia guard the seam where your roofline meets the siding, and neglected sections quickly turn into ventilation and moisture headaches. We fold their repair or replacement into a complete exterior plan.
Before new siding goes up, the old material has to come down cleanly and get hauled away the right way. Our crews manage the full teardown and disposal so the debris is never your problem.
Good siding work takes more than quality materials. Here's what our Rathdrum, ID crews bring to every job site, no matter the project size.
We operate under full residential contractor licensing for exterior work throughout the region.
Liability coverage protects your Rathdrum, ID property for the entire length of every project we take on.
Our installers follow manufacturer-approved methods for each siding product we offer.
Every project runs on a written scope, schedule, and materials list agreed to before the first board comes off.
Our crews are working Rathdrum, ID streets on a regular basis, which means we already recognize the common siding materials, home ages, and building styles found around the area before we ever pull up to a new address. That familiarity lets us assess a property quickly and flag issues, like aging trim or outdated fastening, before they turn into a mid-project surprise. We also stick around locally instead of treating Rathdrum, ID as just another spot on a map, which is a big reason so much of our business comes from repeat customers and referrals. Call Elevate and you're reaching a team that already understands the exterior challenges specific to your corner of Rathdrum, ID.
Pricing depends on the material you choose, the total square footage, the state of the sheathing underneath, and how easy the area is to access. We walk your property in person and hand you a detailed written estimate, so there's no guessing involved.
We aim to get back to you the same day you reach out, and we can usually get an assessment on the calendar within a day or two after that. Actual start dates hinge on project scope and current scheduling, which we'll nail down during your consultation.
Whenever we can, we track down matching profiles and colors so a repaired area blends right in with the rest of your home. If your original product has been discontinued, we'll walk you through the closest alternatives before any work begins.

Clearing personal belongings from the work zone and moving vehicles out of the driveway or garage access goes a long way toward a smooth start. We handle landscaping protection and site setup once we're on-site.
